Roles and Responsibilities:
- The roles exist to provide HR Operations support on policies, standard operating procedures, document repositories, process mapping, and tools to support a centralized management database to increase the effectiveness of the HR processes across the organization.
- The role will update the knowledge base with information to resolve employee and HR queries. Under guidance, update all handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing accurate information.
- Assists with getting ready for any audit or due diligence process.
- Support other HR Initiatives (engagement survey, performance management, data audits, ) with administrative support.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HRIS.
- Oversee the transaction processing and life cycle management (Leave Management, Compensation, Payroll) by coordinating with various internal stakeholders
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
- Provide continuous feedback to peers and management about internal employee service trends and opportunities for improvement
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have an understanding of Global culture, laws, processes, and statutes including benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, and compensation.
- Should be residing in Gurgaon
- Should carry an experience of at least 5 years in HR Ops
- Should be comfortable working on 2 pm - 11 pm shift timings
- Female candidates are preferred for the role.
- Experience/Exposure to HR Ops for a US-based org/US Client servicing org.
