- To utilize HRMS end to end
- Ensure that 100% of documents/ date is updated in the system
- Close all emails at a TAT of 4 Hrs
- Ensure error-free Payroll
- Manage PMS
- Manage to onboard and off boarding
- People Person: Walkie-talkie of Chalo culture and incorporate that in others too
- Comprehension: the ability to understand and make others understand processed
- Attention to detail - doesn't miss out on small details ask probing questions to understand underlying issues and go deeper into the problem
- Data-oriented - Keeping 100% of data updated of each city.
