Location : Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager - Operations to join our team and support our growth.

Job Description :

- As the HR Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR operations and projects for Sciative Solutions.


- You will work closely with the leadership team and employees to ensure that our HR initiatives are aligned with our business goals and contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's objectives and values

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires

- Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

- Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs

- Monitor and maintain HR metrics and data, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and compliance

- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices and implement them as appropriate

- Manage employee relations issues and investigations

- Handle the payrolls and benefits for the employees

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/P.G degree in HR or a related field/ Masters

- 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and project management

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Agile and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities

- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
