Position Summary:
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the HR operations function within the organization. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, optimizes HR systems, and provides comprehensive support to employees and management on HR-related matters. The HR Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience, driving HR initiatives, and aligning HR strategies with the organization's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations Management:
- Oversee and streamline HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and off boarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
2. Employee Experience:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee experience initiatives and addressing employee concerns.
- Develop and manage programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
4. Collaboration and Support:
- Partner with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored support.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Management of entire life cycle of an employee (Letter issuance, life event change, bank details change etc.)
- Provide payroll input related to HR operations (e.g. leave encashment, attendance, Loss of Pay etc).
- Supervise internal HR systems and workflows and all work related to workforce planning
5. Project Management:
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR operations and employee engagement.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously enhance HR service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
