Key Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll for appx 1200+ employees
- Ensure statutory and internal process compliances
- Manage employee records and HR data diligently
- Handle and resolve employee queries
- Maintain trackers and reports for employee movements and life cycle management
- Manage team and divide work responsibilities
- Build processes and relevant check points to ensure adherence and completion of the same
