Responsible for implementing and coordinating all Human Resources programs and services for Mindlance US including employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, evaluation, and staff development. The HRM will be working in a fast-faced, high-growth national contingent staffing operation with global service delivery centers.

Responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle for the organization. On-boarding/ Induction, Employee Engagement, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Rewards & Recognition, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion
Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
Designing and implementing benefits, compliance related policies and working with the senior leadership teams to ensure its alignment with business need
Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
Initiating performance appraisal by introducing Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators for all the positions
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems
Lead HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies
Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees
Conducting Terminations/Exit Processes document findings and cycle it back for process betterment and thus help in maximizing retention
Conduct monthly HR governance review with Sr. Leadership to showcase progress on initiatives, data for the month, successes and challenges
Desired Skills and Experience
HR professional with 6+ years of progressive, diverse HR work experience and exposure to global work environment
Requires a four-year college or university degree, or its equivalent. Graduate level course work in Human Resources and/or labor relations preferred
Requires a minimum of six to eight years' experience in employment, employee relations, labor relations or related field
Comprehensive knowledge of employment, wage/hour, affirmation action and union prevention
Experience working with a diverse workforce
Prior experience working with a US based staffing firm preferred but not required.
Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience
Plan, organize and prioritize work
Assign and supervise the work of the HR organisation
Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behaviour
