HR Operations Manager The HR Operations Manager position is for a leading FMCG company in Hyderabad at their corporate office. The JD is given below: Job Responsibilities : - Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. - Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Responsible for complete recruitment cycle, orientation program (making new joinees in comfort zone) till exit interview - Formation/revision of company policies, procedures. - Provide clear, effective, timely and constructive feedback to management on employee feedback and effective labour relations. - Monitoring Payroll management, Personnel Record file maintenance, Time-keeping etc. - Playing an active role of bridge between employer & employees for harmonious relationship & better productivity. - Looking after Liaisoning & Statutory compliance with Factory Inspector, Government Labour Officer, Provident Fund, Employment Exchange, I.T.I., Police dept., M.P. Office, Local Sarpanch, Talati, Panchaya etc. Government departments. - Initiating disciplinary action, handling of domestic inquiries. Attending court matters, suggestion/co-ordination of legal matters between Lawyer & organisation. - Monitoring of all the statutory records of Contractors/Job-contractors (like Security, House-keeping, Packing, Loading/un-loading etc.). - Preparation of MIS Report, cost tracking, product costing, Legal compliance, Safety, labour cost & other required reports. - Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. - Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. - Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. - Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
