Looking for a seasoned HR professional for an E-commerce space. (6 days working).
Below mentioned are the job requisites:
1. Be a single point of contact for any communication that must be sent from HR to all employees and Client
2.Support HR staff to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies and procedures and recommends effective courses of action.
3.Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers joining formalities, Maintain and regularly update a master database in excel (personal file, personal database) of each employee and generate various employee reports.
4. Coordinating the activities of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
5. Works closely with Payroll and other HR staff in developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities.
6. Issuing various HR letter on time to time basis like Offer & Appointment letters, Warning, Absconding, and Discipline letters etc.
7. Maintaining records of leave and attendance.
8. The opening of new salary accounts and bank account updating on the caterpillar.
9. Coordinating for the Reimbursement and making vendor requisition form.
10. Assisting to employees for PF withdrawal and transfer, Medical Insurance, and Maternity claims
11. Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
12. Coordinating with Manager in Handling Performance Appraisals and Training & Development
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, and comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams.
- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task.
- Should be good with advanced Excel (mandatory)
