HR-Operations Manager
- Own HR Operations for India employees - Entire Lifecycle.
- Employee Records/File management
- Responsible for HRIS updation
- Drive benefits administration
- Will be responsible for creating and executing processes related to HR Operations
- Payroll process, contract employment, Lifecycle updations, Increment administration etc.
- SPOC for grievances related to HRIS, benefits, payroll, etc.
- She/he will develop a broad understanding of all HR programs, and provide support in execution in areas of Benefits, Policy Making Talent Management & Analytics.
- Driving a strong sense of integrity, ethics, and culture in the organization by having tight controls and policies.
- Anticipate potential compliance issues and take pre-emptive measures to negate or manage the risks.
