SAP Administration :
Maintain all Human Resources employee records within SAP. Ensure all employee movements are recorded within 24 hours of the event taking place.
This includes :
- New hires, terminations, transfers and promotions
- Job, Position, Org Unit, and cost centre details
- Salary level, pay grade, benefits and bonuses
Employee personal information :
- Regularly conduct self-audits of information to ensure a high level of data integrity.
- Participate as an active member of the Regional SAP Excellence team and prioritise own skill development and learnings.
- Produce reports and conduct analysis on employee data as required.
- Record all salary and benefits information within SAP, as needed.
Maintaining Employee database :
- Maintain an updated off-line Employee database at all times which tallies with SAP and can be utilized for various HR processes such as Promotions, Merit Increase etc. by other HR colleagues.
Contingent Worker Information System (CWIS) :
- Maintain all contingent / temporary employee records within CWIS. Ensure all contingent employee details are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Produce reports and conduct analysis on employee data as required.
Attrition Tracking and reporting :
- Create a system of maintaining an updated Attrition Tracker which enables attrition analysis.
- Monthly Attrition analysis to be aligned with monthly HR report generation.
- Ensure all Exit cases are reported month on month so as to reflect correctly in the Global HC Report in the same month.
HR Report and Analytics :
- Generate HR report month on month by 5th of every month for the previous month by collating inputs from other colleagues as well.
- Analyse data to provide a summary and share the report and summary with all BU Heads through Director HR.
Human Resources Administration & Payroll :
- Generate employee letters for promotions, transfers, service awards, etc.
- Create and maintain employee Personnel Files, ensuring all relevant documentation are filed on a regular basis.
- Answer employee queries around Policies timely and in a courteous manner.
- Payroll process to be completed by 25th of each month all approvals including salary JVs, reconciliation statements on payment and JV as per Finance requirement. Ensure timely payout of various Award amounts through payroll such as AFE, sales awards, etc.
Ensure Statutory Compliance :
- Work with external agency responsible for Labour Law compliance to ensure compliance of all applicable legislations, namely, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, Shops and Establishments Act, etc.
- Ensuring labour law compliance at all offices
- Management of personal files. Ensuring Maintenance of files as per the audit guidelines target to have 100 percent compliance.
