HR Operations Manager with Big4
The position holder will be responsible for:
- Managing various HR Shared Services (HRSS) workstreams, lead strategic projects and drive efficiencies across the colleague lifecycle while building a strong customer centric, collaborative culture with a focus on continuous improvement
- Building and managing a colleague support helpdesk
- Leading various internal and external audits for the HR function, interfacing with auditors and HR process owners
- Managing events across a colleague's life cycle, policy and process implementations, payroll inputs, ER regulations & implementations, governing HR Systems, PF, ESIC & other statutory compliance obligations, and HR documentation
- Responsible for coaching, mentoring and development of the HRSS team members. Also, identifying and enabling training related to Technical, Industry, Professional and Leadership competencies for these professionals
- Be the team leader/coach for the assigned team members and own the overall performance coaching responsibilities for the team
- Always ensure regular, proactive and transparent communication with the stakeholders regarding business as usual activities, system issues, team updates, training schedules, etc.
- Responsible for the end to end process delivery of all HRSS Core processes
