Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize human resource functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in HR technology, HRIS, payroll processing, statutory compliance, preferably within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee core HR operations, including payroll management, employee benefits, HR compliance, and policy implementation.
- Design and manage compensation & benefits strategies to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration structures.
- Handle HR budgeting, workforce planning, and data-driven reporting to support business decisions.
- Deploy and oversee HR technology platforms with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Develop and oversee performance management frameworks, including incentive programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Drive HR transformation projects, including automation and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR operations with organizational goals.
- Lead employee engagement and relations programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Full time Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR operations experience, with expertise in compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Practical expertise in HR technology and human resource information systems (HRIS).
- Proven track record in HR transformation, process automation, and system optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is mandatory.
- Managing large-scale HR operations teams with complex structures.
- Expertise in HR technology, HRIS, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in HR automation tools and digital transformation.
