Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of the HR department within the corporate office, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of HR processes and procedures.

- Manage a team of HR professionals responsible for various HR functions, such as employee onboarding, data management, benefits administration, leave management, and compliance.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management:

- Collaborate with various teams to develop and improve employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and departing employees.

- Implement and oversee employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and separations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

3. HR Information Systems:

- Oversee the management of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personal information, job details, compensation, and benefits.

- Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance the functionality and usability of HRIS platforms.

4. Benefits and Compensation Administration:

- Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

- Partner with the compensation team to ensure accurate and timely administration of compensation-related activities, such as salary adjustments and bonus payments.

5. Leave / Attendance & Payroll Management:

- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to employee attendance, time tracking, and leave management.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies for various types of leaves, such as sick leave, Casual leave, earned leave, maternity leave etc.

- Manage the outsourced payroll and check the accuracy of the data shared with the agency and correctness of the payouts through payroll process.

- Maintain and monitor all compliances related to payroll PF and ESIC and professional tax.

- Maintain and supply all necessary information to Finance team on the JV's to be posted on time.

6. Compliance and Regulations:

- Stay current with local, state, and central labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices remain in compliance.

- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related regulatory matters.

7. Process Improvement:

- Continuously assess and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall employee experience.

- Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption to streamline HR operations.

Employee Relations:

- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, such as policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management.

8. Audit Management:

- Coordination & management of various audits (Internal/External)
