Job Description - Reporting to the Head -Global Process Center & Regional HR Operations, you will be responsible for leading multiple priorities across HR Operations, Processes and systems while working with diverse cultures across the Globe - HR Operations:
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of services related to Recruitment, Compensation, Expat Management, Reporting/Analytics, and Compliance -
- Project Management:
- End to end project management including Plan, Track, Report; Course Correct, escalate & resolve issues effectively; identify and manage risks pro-actively
- Drive process improvement initiatives:
- Process improvement and standardization; Compliance; Deviation reporting and management; SLA definition and management
- HR Systems (Maximizing usage & upgrades):
- Manage day to day operations and issues related to HRIS such as PeopleSoft 9.1, Taleo, Cognos; Lead Systems Upgrade projects in future.
- Define & Track SLA's and also Manage multiple & competing priorities to maximize team utilization and delivery of services with quality and timeliness
- Define and document roles &responsibilities of internal and external stake holders, manage conflicts and provide support, escalate critical issues effectively.
- Transitions - Work with HR Ops team of different regions to identify activities for transitioning to
The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will be a degree holder with minimum 8-10 years. You should be a high-energy hands-on manager with experience in a project oriented environment, excellent collaboration, negotiation and persuasion skills to work closely with internal and external stake holders in an agile environment that encourage employee development. You should be an effective People Manager who is able to manage and develop teams. You must also have good regional experience, supporting multiples countries in your current or past roles
