Location- Powai 1. Responsible for overseeing the daily HR Operation activities from Onboarding to off-boarding PAN India 2. SPOC for Background verification, Maintaining Employee data base, Maintaining Performance Management system and also managing performance management cycle for all employees, Maintaining personnel files for employees. 3. Managing joining formalities right from getting the joining form filled, employee code creation, enrolling finger access for attendance portal, briefing about organization &amp; attendance system, documents scrutinizing, maintain employee's personal file 4. Keeping track of various data / MIS to derive business centric analysis. 5. Letter preparation &amp; issuance: Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Appraisal, Relieving &amp; Service, Residence Proof. 6. Payroll Management: Preparing new joinee salary file for payroll update, preparation of final attendance sheet for salary processing, leave &amp; attendance management, salary processing in co-ordination with the bank for smooth process. 7. Responsible for Process streamlining (designed and published on boarding processes, candidate evaluation, LTA Claim). Internal communication for changes related to policies and processes. 8. Conduct Open House sessions with employees, understand employee queries/concerns and address them. 9. Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems to ensure payroll systems remain fully operational at key processing and reporting times by adopting &amp; implementing best practices. 10. Optimum utilization of available manpower/ time to adhere payroll and compliance deadlines. 11. Ensure smooth processing of statutory compliances (Full &amp; final, PF, PT, ESIC, LWF, Gratuity, Income Tax). 12. Handling complete exit formalities like Exit interviews, F&amp;F calculation, leave calculation, clearance formalities by coordinating with different stakeholders. Salary offered 9-12LPA
