About the role: This role requires a strategic HR professional with expertise in recruitment, operations, and organizational development, as well as a deep commitment to our core values of customer-centricity, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the growth and scalability of the organization.
- Drive HR operations, including employee records management, payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR and recruitment operations.
- Partner closely with founder & HODs to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, assessment, and selection processes, ensuring alignment with our company culture, values, and mission.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding, to provide a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
