Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of HR services, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation administration, and HRIS management.
- Ensure HR services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) for HR services.
- Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement and optimize HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations.
- Develop and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Streamline HR workflows and reduce administrative burden.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR-related risks and mitigate potential liabilities.
- Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop and manage the HR operations budget.
- Track HR expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead and manage the HR operations team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Support employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries and resolving employee issues.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as HR system implementations, policy updates, and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or HR certifications1 (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
- Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of HR functional areas, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HRIS.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage HR projects and initiatives effectively.
