1. Onboarding and HRIS Management:

- Responsible for the onboarding through the HRIS (Darwin Box)

- Incharge of release offers through

- Maintaining full track of offers and releasing the offers through HRIS

- Completion of Pre Offer and Pre Joining + Post Joining documents in system for all candidates

- Internal custodian of the documentation process and customer to the TA team

- Ensuring smooth onboarding of employees giving them a digital experience

- Ensuring appointment letters, transfer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, promotions, mid year corrections are issued on time.

- Incharge of maintaining data integrity on HRIS including cost centers and reporting structures

- Driving automation in hr operations through system

2. Payroll Management:

- Oversee in-house and outsourced payroll processing.

- Coordinate with banks for account opening formalities.

- Handle statutory payments like PF, ESIC, PT, Income Tax etc for employees.

- Manage full & final settlement workings and gratuity payment processing.

3. MIS

- Provide detailed Headcount & Attrition MIS to multiple stakeholders

- Generate Employee-specific MIS on a regular basis, including grade changes, promotions, tenure, previous experience, and educational background.

4. HRMS Management:


- Upload and update data in HRMS for Joiners, Exits, Transfers, Confirmations, Promotions, and Employee-related data changes.

- Lead Employment Contract Generation and Onboarding processes.

5. Helpdesk and Employee Query Resolution:

- Ensure timely resolution of employee queries.

- Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Helpdesk MIS.

- Monitor and track employee query resolution.

6. Implementation and System Coordination:

- Implement self-service portal and streamline processes.

- Align HRMS with other applications

7. Employee Relations and Query Resolution:

- Resolve employee and manager queries regarding HR policies or benefits.

- Provide guidance on onboarding and process related matters and ensure adherence to company policies.
