About the role:
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our organization and oversee the recruitment function as well as various HR operations.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of HR operations executives while also overseeing critical HR processes, including performance management, increments, and promotions, and generating weekly reports.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both recruitment and HR operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving HR initiatives that contribute to the organization's success.
Job Description:
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee the implementation of increments, promotions, and related compensation processes.
- Develop and generate reports on a daily or fortnightly basis, providing insights and recommendations to HR and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Support employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution as needed.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in a confidential and organized manner.
- Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, recommending changes or enhancements to HR policies and processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR operations teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for development and training.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth and success.
- Mandatory requirements for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, including experience managing both recruitment and HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including performance management, compensation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
