Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR-MIS reporting
- Maintain and updating MIS data
- To analyse data, perform trend analysis, and identify data discrepancies.
- Develop ongoing data review strategy, identify data discrepancies and perform data clean-up when needed
- Trend Analysis (Exit, Growth)
- Annual Budget
- Should be aware of statutory compliances i.e. (P.F, ESIC, TDS, P. T.)
- Maintain Daily MIS (Headcount & Recruitment Tracker).
- Preparing MIS on Weekly / monthly & quarterly Basis.
- Submitting monthly MIS of Hiring & Attrition reports.
- Handling & guiding the team members and new joiners regarding the - employee id & HRMS Module
- Maintaining attendance records & payroll records in a confidential manner
- Managing Mid-term/ Annual PMS
- SAP Knowledge would be an added advantage
Should have worked on Payroll (not on international process)
- Should have done appraisals & calculation of incentives
- Should have done Budgeting
- SAP Knowledge PREFERABLE
