Position : Manager - HR Marketing
Reports to : CHRO
Objective :
- Develop and maintain sound marketing platform for the organization PAN India to attract and recruit the best talent in the industry.
- Create social media marketing platforms on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
- Experience in defining and implementing online marketing campaigns through social media, search marketing etc
- Manage end to end External HR Communication/PR and create employer branding for the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resource Marketing
- Design and come up with innovative ideas and creative marketing strategies/campaigns to attract and recruit the best talent in the industry
- Create content (in the form of Blogs, videos, articles, PPT, infographics) related to Recruitment and HR
- Collect data and lists of targets for email and social media campaigns.
- Create relevant material for marketing and our businesses to potential candidates.
- Responsible for social media marketing on LinkedIn, Facebook and twitter.com.
- High Quality Inbound Link Generation from employment and recruitment related websites.
- Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies.
- Create and define employer brand positioning and the annual marketing calendar for Human Resource Department.
- Implement HR Brand Identity guidelines internally and externally and monitoring stakeholders for adherence to the same.
- Acting as the Interface with Marketing/HR teams to influence the pipeline of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
Communication :
- Regular communication with Human Resource & Marketing team.
- Regular update of CHRO about activities and initiatives
- Effectively communicate relevant information to CHRO on marketing initiatives & ROI.
Knowledge / Experience :
- Employer Branding & Strategies to attract best Talent across Industry
- Knowledge of the Human Resource industry
- Marketing background & Creative Networking Expertise.
- Should be able to lead strategic and day-to-day Employer brand development projects
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience in marketing & Communication
- Expertise in working on Social media platforms LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
- Fluent in English
- Communication and presentation skills
