Manager - HR/ IR & Admin (Mumbai)
Candidate will be based in Mumbai Office , but will be regularly travelling to Bhiwandi / Taloja location for work purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Business Partner for Corporate office
- Get the Certification of Audit for new offices/warehouses
- Ensure 100% Labour compliance, monthly return, annual return etc.by all Vendors.
- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program.
- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
- Draft and revise company policies
- Proactively conduct audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
- Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
- Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed.
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
- Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals]
- Working on Manpower Budget and forecasting the requirement of the business unit by taking inputs from Functional Heads.
- Leading Performance Management process including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisal.
- Time bound resolution of employee queries.
- Work as a key & single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
- Enhanced employee engagement through structured and sustained interventions.
- Leading the preparation and delivery of all HR dashboards (Monthly, quarterly, and/or annually) in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the registration records of all offices and warehouses, checking the applicability of new offices and warehouses, preparing, arranging and submitting the documents in labour office or online for registration/renewal, handling the notices/inspections.
- Reviewing and Revising HR SOPs and Policies on a regular basis.
- Handling HR Audit queries and ensuring 100 % compliance. Manager Human Resource & Admin
