About our Client : Our client is a global leader in eye care operating in multiple geographies. Offering a broad spectrum of eye care products they have three business lines in India and an employee workforce of around 800 people. They are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist professional with focus on Talent Acquisition to manage the business lines.

Job Description: Reporting into the HR Head you will be responsible for- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the three business lines.

- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans.

- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.

- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing

- Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy

- Ensure the right Organization Design for the business by way of Diagnostics,Competency Mapping,Clearly defining Roles,Establishing right Structure with reporting and span of control defined

- Support the execution of a comprehensive talent management strategy, for the business which covers -TM Process Implementation and flawless execution, Talent Mapping (Internal and External),Career discussions and Development planning with Line Manager, Strategic Recruitment, Workforce planning and Talent roadmap. Succession management

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful candidate you should have 5-8 years of experience as HR Generalist with significant Talent Acquisition experience.

- Strong preference would be given to candidates with MBA from Tier 1 colleges.

- Candidates with background in pharma would be given strong preference.
