Silverpeople is helping one of the leading Real Estate Dot Com organization in India to Get onboard a dynamic HR - Generalist leadership professional.
Job Responsibilities include :
- Formulate the business unit HR policies, keeping in mind the employee strength of the organization as well as future growth prospects
- Undertake maintenance of the following:
- Compensation Structure and Employee Benefits
- Payroll and ESOPs
- Recruitment and On-boarding (Develop a mentorship program)
- Management of Employee Database
- Performance and Appraisal System
- Setup an effective Talent Acquisition function for the Business unit
- Handling employee database and managing more than 300 confidential personal records
- Expected to handle a span of 100-300 employees.
- Leaves and attendance management
- Benefits Administration (Including leading a monthly question and answer session with employees on benefit program updates.
Characteristics and Qualifications :
- Effective & Smart Communicator
- Experience in working with good brands.
- High ownership
- Should be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
- Should have handled employee track of atleast 60-100 employees.
Salary - not a constraint for right candidate and is better than the market.
Location - Mumbai
