A leading MNC is looking for Manager HR into generalist profile

Job profile:
- In this role he/she would play a key role in Strategist Talent Acquisition, People Development, Performance Management, HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance and support the management to implement & deliver the HR plans in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent acquisition, talent management / succession planning, learning and development and supporting day-to-day operations, payroll, compliance as well as on-going process improvement.
- Spearheading different HR Special projects to analyse various HR data to control cost, attrition, workforce productivity, E-Sat,etc
