About our Client: Our client is one of the leading Pharmaceuticals company based in India. With an employee base of 500,they are looking for a seasoned HR professional to be a part of their expansion plan and manage the HR function end to end.

Job Description: Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Formulation and enhancement of all HR policies and processes

- Recruitment of field staff and support in the entire expansion process

- Looking after compensation & benefits for the organization

- Designing and implementation of sales incentive plans

- Ensuring all necessary compliances are met

- Ensuring all the learning needs are aligned with business goals

- Launching and managing the entire talent management process

- Additional HR Operations as a part of this role

The Successful Candidate:

- You should have 10-13 years of total experience with extensive exposure to recruitment and a very strong grounding in HR Policies.

- We are looking to hire someone from the Pharmaceutical only preferably with field experience as well. Exposure to working in a multinational environment is highly desirable
