The main purpose of the position: The human resource specialist handles and provides support for various HR employee programs within the organization. HR generalist
Main responsibilities :
- Benefits function: Process owner of HR audit process and maintains required information in collaboration with accounts department Calculates and provides employees with salary related inputs. SPOC for payroll, if outsourced.
- Data management: Master data of all important information on employees in link with success factors.
- Plan & organize courses on know-about success factors Ensures compliance by preparing letters and other paperwork as directed Attendance system & leave records Coordinates health, life, and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning the routine administration of programs.
- Human resource function Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. Maintains listing of approved positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
- Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms. Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes, and fringe allowances. Prepares new-hire paperwork.
- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks. Maintains the employee handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.
- Manage the Onboarding and Induction Initiatives of all new hires including measuring new hire engagement and probation periods; Keep HR team skilled and up to date on Employment Law provisions and Awards related to recruitment and the Medical Devices industry including salary benchmarking data; SuccessFactors One point contact for employee central module & other modules Maintain and update Success Factors Recruitment Dashboard Projects Execution on compensation market benchmarking project Learning & Development To develop a robust Learning process aligned with the HR Director
Quality System Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Build Quality into all aspects of the work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
