- Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, and policies
- May oversee the scheduling assignments and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department
- Create and manage talent strategies for performance management, staffing and career progression
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Build a robust work culture by working with relevant stakeholders
- Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Verify and keep records and maintain time and attendance using paper timesheets and an electronic time management system
- Entering data into payroll and administrative databases.
- Responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Prepare a full and final settlement for resigning employees
