Manager - Generalist HR

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of Manager - Generalist HR for a leading ITES at Bangalore.

Education: Required MBA / PG/ MSW in HR with experience in ITES/ BPO in business/ generalist HR.
No recruitments experience required.

Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for development and implementation of HR activities.

- Good Exposure to generalist HR skills which include C&B , Talent Mgt , Performance Management , Employee Relations , Grievance Redressal

- Responsible for supporting implementation of Corporate HR initiatives and ensuring understanding and adherence to HR processes and policies within the Business unit

- Responsible for development and implementation of detailed group specific induction process, guidelines for new employees joining the business unit with individual involvement for induction of employees

- Responsible to build strong HR systems and provide solutions - proven ability to develop and deploy engagement and retention interventions
