- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with the respective functional heads of the business unit.
- Ensuring employees to have adequate understanding of the opportunities within the organization, hence helping in retaining talent.
- Introducing sports, cultural activities, cross-functional business related projects and facilitating in recognition of employees for total employee involvement.
- Organising HR Audits & Employee Opinion Surveys to build performance & execute culture.
- Managing & Rendering information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities, etc. for promotion and employee benefits.
- Acting as a strategic HR business partner in the delivery of the people plan and initiatives to support the business strategy; acting as key liaison and support to the Head of HR.
- Conduct the annual employee survey and ensure key concerns are addressed with proper planning and within the timeline
- Formulating effective induction programmes, orientation, coaching and mentoring of new joiners.
- Ascertaining optimum engagement of human resource capital while actively managing headcount targets.
- Addressing employee first level grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.
