Manager - HR Generalist/HRIS - IT/Telecom

We are looking for Human Resource Professional (9-12 years experience) for one our Telecom/Semiconductor Client @ Delhi NCR.

Preferable candidate from IT / Telecom Product based company background.

Required Skill set:

- Preferably candidate should be located in or around DelhiNCR

- We are looking for person who is flexible with positive attitude

The role is of a HR generalist where the person needs to take care of gamut of HR activities as mentioned below:

- Candidate should be good in analytical & reasoning skills

- Should be able to work independently and drive things on its own

Major Role & Responsibility:

- Hiring analysis, Recruitment dashboard & MIS

- Employee engagement and employee welfare

Qualification: MBA(HR)/Industrial Relations

Experience: 9-12 years
