Title: HR Generalist (Female)

Experience: 5+ years


Salary Range: 10-20LPA


Education: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MHRM, MHRD, MBA, MLW)


Responsibilities:


- Manage attendance and leave management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

- Handle grievance handling procedures, providing guidance and resolution to employee concerns in a timely and fair manner.

- Lead recruitment and selection efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

- Foster positive employee relations by implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.

- Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics, such as performance management, diversity, and inclusion.

- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and talent development needs.

- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for the organization.

- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.


Skills:


- Strong knowledge of attendance and leave management systems.


- Proficiency in grievance handling and conflict resolution techniques.


- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection processes.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


- Solid understanding of employee relations principles and practices.


- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.


- Strong organizational and time-management skills.


- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
