This role is a Generalist Profile, with a strong understanding of Administrative functions of an Organisation. This role reports to the Principal. An ideal candidate should have minimum 10 years of working experience in a well organised set up.
Expectations from the role:
- Overseeing all HR function of organisation
- Salary Negotiations
- Preparing analytic comparison of data before annual salary reviews of the team members and specific persons if any
- Implementation of the salary review sanctioned by the Core Group
- Strategic HR function- to include attracting and retaining the best talent for the organisation
- Managing the Management Committee & Governing Body Meetings of the school
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant aspects of Administration, IT & HR
- Whole School Policy formulations & cyclical review of every Policy
- Review, redesign (if required) and document Whole School processes
- Scrutinizing & reviewing - individual & vendor contracts of IT, Administration & HR before the approval of the Principal & Director
- Managing whole school MIS. Analysis of MIS data for better Management and Decision making
- Ability for effective Liasoning with external agencies
- Basic understanding of local laws Vis a Vis Administration and HR.
- Ability to strategically partner the organisation from Legal perspective
An ideal Candidate would possess the following:
- Minimum of 10 years of working Experience in a Business environment
- Minimum 5 years of team leading experience
- Graduate from a reputable University, preferably with Post graduate diploma in Management IT Systems /HR.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Excellent Analytical skills with strong grasp of Business Analytics with good command of Excel & Access
- Detail oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Good team player with ability to think and act independently
