Primary responsibilities are and not limited to - Talent acquisition, learning & development, talent management, PMS, Operations, employee engagement and grievance management.
Preferred requirements :
1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist
2. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
3. Excellent communication and people skills
4. Aptitude in problem-solving
5. MBA or post graduate in relevant field
