Responsibilities.
- Plan and implement HR strategies and policies.
- Stay up to date with the HR best practices, industry trends, latest HR tech tools and platforms like LinkedIn for recommending innovative approaches to enhance HR processes.
- Support in implementing employee performance management processes.
- Plan and execute employee benefits program and training programs based on identified training needs.
- Handle employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment and addressing conflicts or grievances.
Skills & Qualification:
- 5-8 yrs of prior experience in HR Generalist role.
- Bachelors'/Masters' degree in human resources, Business Administration,.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills.
