Role: HR & Finance (This role involves in 20% in HR and 80% in Finance)

Job Description:
1) Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
2) Taking care of HR Operations.
3) Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
4) Supervising the entire payroll operations and approving the same and ensure that all the statutory are filed on time like PF, ESIC, TDS etc
5) Heading finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control
6) Overseeing advance controls for advance payments & following up with the purchaser, cost centre wise consumption
7) Reports, Statements and Audit: Preparation and Analysis of Budget, Monthly Profit & Loss A/C.
8) Finalization of Accounts & gets these audited by Auditors.
