Role : HR Digital
Reporting To : VP - HR
Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary) :
- To continuously evaluate various cutting edge digital solutions available in the HR domain, from a perspective of impacting & elevating employee experience & adding value to the Org w.r.t Speed, Cost, Quality & insightful Analytics;
- Partner all HR CoEs in the identification, scoping of all relevant digitization initiatives in organisation and work with IT, Group Digital team & external vendors / consultants w.r.t timely & cost effective development / upgrading, delivery & maximizing adoption.
- To establish & sustain quality metrics / analytics from all digital solutions deployed which would lead to more effective business decisions.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS -
- Research and keep abreast with latest technology movement in HR digitisation Space
- Work along with group to create and adherence to HR Digitization Road Map.
- Adherence to timelines for various Digitization Projects
- Improvement in the employee experience and engagement dimensions and engagement scores for digital systems & processes.
KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Tasks :
Digitization :
- Conceptualizing & finalizing the Digital Roadmap for Corporate HR by identifying and prioritizing external solutions available balancing the linkage to strategic organizational objectives from an HR perspective, potential impact & budget implications and accordingly mapping them to the detailed requirements from all HR CoEs w.r.t their functional areas.
- Has deeper understanding of digital HR systems .
- Has experience of conceptulaising, designing and Life Cycle Implementation of HR digital and HR technology applications improving employee experiences
- Detailed scoping of all projects undertaken by HR under Digitization w.r.t As-Is, To-Be, Gaps-Issues Faced, Reports, MIS, Process Flows etc.
- Working with concerned CoE members and relevant vendor to deliver the project as per the agreed timelines & scope.
- Working with project team, Business HRs & Line Managers for deployment & adoption of HR Digital solutions.
- Monitoring the progress / status of HR Digitization projects, ensuring that the same are always updated and contemporary in terms of functionality and impact and sharing the same in various updates / decks for MCM, HRLT, BRBs / MBMs.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience especially in conceptualization, development & deployment of HR Digital and SMAC applications
