- Partnering with Clients to maximize shareholder value through Strategy interventions

- Business plan development

- Developing Thought Leadership

- Client Management

Networking & Marketing :

- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients

- Expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and acts on referrals typically in relation to his service line

- Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally

- Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments.

Knowledge Management : Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team as well as the firm, capture and leverage required knowledge

- People Management

- Assist in recruiting activities for the SBU, including campus hiring

Essentials:

- 6 - 8 years in Core HR Consulting ( Non Comp & Benefits) or 6 - 8 years in leading organization in the HR CoE roles.

- MBA - Human Resource Management ( Batch 2006-2010) from Tier 1 Institute.

- Willingness to travel

- Ability to network with clients and internal stakeholders
