Job responsibilities :
Client service delivery/ execution :
- Execute projects, often supporting multiple clients.
- Assume near independent responsibility for clients.
- Manage client counterparts.
- Provide guidance to other team members.
Support Business Development efforts :
- Support Partner in BD pursuits via proposal creation, demonstrating good understanding of sector and solution.
- Working with Partner to accompany in BD meeting in order to support business development efforts.
Knowledge Management :
- Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge.
Network & Identify opportunities :
- Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to the Partner.
- Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm, in order to gain understanding of issues what may impact clients.
Develop industry expertise : Develop good understanding of specific sectors/ industries.
Skills :
- Superior analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Demonstrated track record of creating high quality analysis and contribution to client engagements
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in oral and written English
- Ability to build and develop internal and client relationships
- Willingness to travel
Well-developed time management skills - The ability to work to deadlines and to multitask is essential
Qualification :
Academic Qualifications : MBA - Human Resource Management from Tier 1 Institute
Experience : Consulting/ HR COE roles in the Industry with 6 to 10 years.
