- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients

Knowledge Management : Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team as well as the firm, capture and leverage required knowledge
People Management :
- Assist in recruiting activities for the SBU, including campus hiring
Essentials :
- 6 - 11 years in Core HR Consulting ( Non Comp & Benefits) or 6 - 11 years in leading organization in the HR CoE roles.
- MBA - Human Resource Management ( Batch 2006 - 2010) from Tier 1 Institute.
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to network with clients and internal stakeholders
