Position - Manager Compliances

Location - Gurgaon

KRA:

- Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory compliances , Labour Laws & Regulations within statutory timelines.

- Settling of pending PF issues of Employees with PF offices.

- Ensure Training & create awareness for employees on Mandatory Policies.

- POSH case closure within the timelines.

- Compliance cases/ Labour Authority Hearings/Assessment Audits - Attending and submitting the required documents and records to PT, LWF, ESI, PF Authorities on issue of notices.

- Surrender of closed S&E Licenses, PT/ LWF registrations, ESI Account transfer, PF Code surrender & transfer of Employees to IX code.

- Implementation of Apprentice Act.

- Pan India Compliances
