- To liaison with required statutory authorities for completion of required compliances
- To ensure all compliances are updated by effectively coordinating with various stakeholders (branch compliance, vendors, etc)
- To ensure various Notices from Authorities are responded appropriately within the required timelines
- To ensure adaption of changes / new guidelines as directed by authorities within the necessary timelines
- To increase awareness of the Company's grievance and disciplinary policy / process through multiple means
- To ensure effective and efficient case management (G&D) and appropriate reporting
- To enhance employee awareness on Code of Conduct and other company policies.
- Authorised To approve HR expenses as directed in the DOA
- Statutory Compliance = 100%
- Notice closure = 100% within TAT
- G&D case management >= 90% within TAT
- Training of Managers / Committee Members / Employees >= 80%
Qualifications: MBA in HR
Experience - 8 - 12 years of experience
