Job Description : Manager - Compliance
Location : Gurgaon
Summary :
- Person must have good experience in managing HR compliance and capable in legal writing and representing Organization to different authorities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work to be performed under general instructions
- Managing a team with responsibility for diverse function
- Provides with expert opinion and long term strategic plan for departmental work
- Responsible for Stakeholder Management including Onsite SPOCs
- Focuses on meeting SLA/ Internal KPIs
- Identifying of complex issues and provides process improvement plans to Senior Management for making efficient system
- Ensuring the FAQs/ SOPs/ Knowledge Database are updated in set frequency
- Mentoring and handholding Lower Level HR Operations Executives and planning OJT or upskilling the Employee incase required
- Personal involvement in the cases which gets escalated and closing the same on priority
- Managing team attrition
- New resource planning
- Responsible for process automation and audit mechanism
Desired Profile :
Candidate must have managed Labor compliances in past with the span of 10000 - 15000 employee base for Pan India employees.
