2) Manager HR Compliance :
- HR compliance should be treated as a process of defining both individual and group behaviors to ensure the organization's applicable laws and policies are followed.
- Would be responsible for HR Government Liaoning and discussion with Regulatory Authorities like Ministry of Human Resources
- Strong knowledge on Labour Law
- Develops, recommends, and implements personnel and administrative policies; updates and maintains policy manuals and employee handbooks as necessary. Serves on Policy Review Committee. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
- Keeps managers/supervisors informed of anti-discrimination regulations and how to comply.
- Utilizes outside resources to monitor issues in employment law and communicates potential changes to upper management.
- Conducting Scheduled HR Compliance Audits
