Processing Payroll:
- Ensuring all employees receive their pay accurately and on time.

Maintaining Records:

Data Analytics:
- Preparing Weekly/ Monthly and Annual MIS, HR Budgets, monitoring the Cost Variance, review the Over time hours.
HR Automation:
- involves using software to digitize and automate repetitive and timeconsuming HR tasks. (From pre-onboarding to Exit)
Reporting:
- Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes. This includes reports on gross payroll, hours worked, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.
Compliance:
- Staying current with payroll tax changes and labor laws to ensure compliance.
Benefits Administration:
- Managing the distribution of benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
Issue Resolution:
- Addressing and resolving any issues or queries related to payroll.
New Initiatives:
- Play an active role in Grade Rationalization, Org Design, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation.
- Design the Performance Incentives Program for Senior Leadership roles. Maintain the employee Productivity.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, or a related field is often required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in payroll processing or a similar role is highly beneficial.
Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll software.
- Proficiency in data analytics
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
