Partner with line managers to review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Working with business groups to create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives
- Assessing training needs an organizing training session for the employees.
- Analyzing data on NPS, retention / attrition, recruitment with the help of HR dashboards.
- Provide performance management expertise through Career Progression to sustain the highest quality workforce.
- Work with business and management to address all types of employee relations issues.
- Handling employee separation formalities - Exit interviews, issuing letters, etc.
