Position: Manager-Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering and Talent Management (MNC Products & Services Company)

Role:

- This role is a 60% Talent Acquisition, 20% HRBP and 20% Talent Management role

- Create and implement continuous improvements in the Talent Acquisition strategy / projects

- Plan and drive recruitment process based on business requirements; includes sourcing and screening candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment process through the onboarding stage

- Partner with Business leaders and hiring managers for the selection process and provide key metrics and analysis

- Driving the Campus strategy in partnership with various educational institutes to facilitate hiring of Graduates and Interns

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers in recruiting planning meetings to understand business requirements and provide status updates on recruitment needs

- Promote Internal Job Postings and referral

- Working on meeting and exceeding hiring metrics relating to lead time, cost, diversity, quality, candidate and hiring manager experience.

- Leverage technology and ensure automation to make the hiring process more efficient and seamless experience for candidates and business

- Will also work on Campus hiring

- Act as HR Business Partner for one of the business units

- Work on Talent Management and Learning and Development initiatives for the Business Unit

Requirements:

- MBA (HR)

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with some exposure to HR Business Partnering and Talent Management

- Strong experience designing and implementing various talent acquisition-related strategies and programs

- Multi-national and matrix environment experience preferred

- Ability to manage stakeholders and hiring managers effectively

- Proficient in competency based interviewing techniques

- Hands-on experience in maintaining & enhancing University Relations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
