About:

- We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) and oversee Talent Acquisition (TA) for our corporate verticals across India.

- The role is based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai and will involve strategic hiring, business partnering, and engagement initiatives.

- Additionally, the role will include managing the L&D team in a supporting capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Manpower planning, sourcing, recruitment strategies, and vendor management.

- HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

- Employee Engagement: Design and implement strategies to enhance workplace culture and efficiency.

- L&D Support: Work closely with the training team to enhance employee development programs.

Desired Profile:

- Experience: 4+ years in HR, preferably in BFSI or fintech.

- Skills: Strong recruitment acumen, stakeholder management, employee engagement, and project execution.

- Education: Full time MBA in HR or Related Field.

- Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (with PAN-India responsibilities).
