- By monitoring employee pulse and carrying out/evaluating the effectiveness of employee connect activities, you may improve the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
- Upholding the framework for synchronized global HR service delivery, acting as a culture change agent.
- Drive T&D interventions (particularly on soft skills) across geographies board to raise the talent bar. A benefit would be prior knowledge of the LinkedIn learning platform.
- Drive Fun@Work, Rewards & Recognition to actively contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Effective grievance handling and recognition programmes, with an emphasis on creating efficient retention tactics for the business
- Using the right techniques and an adaptable interpersonal style to aid in team cohesion assisting in the achievement of group objectives
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in HR Business Partner Role in a similar industry
- MBA HR from Tier 1 college is must
