Job Summary:
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and providing strategic HR support to the founders, leaders, and managers. Your key focus will be on crafting and executing HR initiatives, policies, and programs to elevate employee engagement, talent management, and overall organizational performance.
Required Experience/skills:
- 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
- Skilled at managing multiple, shifting priorities in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
- Proven extensive experience at mid/senior role with a good knowledge of HR Management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to offer strategic guidance on organizational and people related strategies and execution.
- Partner with various stakeholders to effectively address and resolve employee grievances, promoting a supportive and positive workplace environment.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored to our diverse workforce, fostering an inclusive and welcoming culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback to enhance employee growth and productivity.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports and analysis to senior leaders, highlighting critical HR insights and recommendations.
